Recently, the fabrication and installation project for the coal conveyor trestle system of the 1×50MW back-pressure unit cogeneration project of Feicheng Shengli Salt Industry Co., Ltd., contracted by Hualing Heavy Industry, has been fully completed. Spanning above the plant area, this steel-structured "air corridor" presents magnificent outlook and superior construction quality, turning in a satisfactory answer for the early commissioning of the cogeneration project.
At the project site, silver-gray pipe truss trestles crisscross with an imposing presence. The fully enclosed coal conveyor gallery stretches along the outer side of the workshop. The blue-gray main plant building decorated with orange waist lines is eye-catching. Towering cranes embody the unique sense of power and order inherent to industrial architecture.
The coal conveyor trestle system consists of multiple sub-units including the main trestle structure, coal unloading trench, transfer station and coal crusher house. It covers a wide range of professional procedures such as reinforced concrete foundation construction as well as steel structure frame design and installation. Since the commencement in April this year, the project department has tackled numerous challenges including intensive cross-disciplinary overlapping operations and tight construction schedules, and pushed forward construction in strict compliance with national engineering construction quality standards. During construction, the project team adhered to the management philosophy of "Safety First, Quality Oriented" and implemented rigorous quality control over all key procedures. All welding work of the main trestle frame was performed by certified welders. Non-destructive testing was carried out on key welds in required proportions. Concrete pouring was conducted strictly in accordance with the mix ratio to guarantee structural strength meets standards. All lightning protection and grounding systems passed tests and complied with specifications, laying a solid foundation for the safe operation of the trestle.
