1. Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors from formal universities in architecture and planning;

2. Having strong conceptual and professional skills, able to prepare design documents for various stages of planning schemes;

3. Having at least three years of work experience in architecture or planning related fields, experience in participating in non residential conceptual planning projects and large-scale public construction projects is preferred.

2. Strong ability in scheme design, familiar with various types of scheme design ideas and processes;

3. Having strong design skills in this major and mastering relevant knowledge in various fields;

4. Proficient in operating professional design software such as AutoCAD, PS, SU, Lumion, AI, ID, etc;

5. Thoughtful thinking, clear organization, good management and communication skills, and a strong team spirit;

6. Dedicated and responsible, meticulous and rigorous, with good professional qualities, team spirit, and communication and coordination skills. Enterprising and career oriented, able to withstand strong work pressure.
